Please note that as all our cakes are handmade, there might be slight variations from your requested colour and design.

While we always try to replicate your design as accurately as possible, we reserve the right to make adjustments and use our artistic judgment during the design process. If any adjustments are required, we will inform you before making them. Please make sure to read our terms and conditions which can be found on our website.

Once the cake has been collected or delivered and set up, we will no longer be responsible for any damage.

While most of our cake decorations are edible, we advise you not to eat any inedible items such as pillars, dowels, ribbons, flower picks, sugar flowers with wires, tape stamens, and ornaments. Please inform the caterers of these items so that they can be removed before serving.

For health and safety reasons, we will not place any real flowers on your cake and will not accept any responsibility for them. However, you may place them on the cake yourself after collection or delivery.

After paying the initial deposit, full payment is required two weeks before the collection or delivery date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

f you need to cancel your order, please let us know in writing at least four weeks before the collection or delivery date. If you cancel within four weeks of the delivery date, you will be charged the full outstanding balance.

Please inform us if you would like to arrange for us to deliver and set up your cake. There will be an additional charge for this service, which varies depending on the distance.

We charge a hire fee of £20.00 per day for all stands, cake knives, and the base plinth. A deposit is required in cash or cheque (cards are not accepted for deposits on hired goods).

The delivery and set up charge is £40.00 for the first 25 miles and £1.00 per mile thereafter.
